We’re excited to highlight Anthony Paccione, our Director of Food & Beverage and a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the industry. Anthony began his career waiting tables and worked his way up, bringing a deep understanding of every role within the food and beverage world.
Today, he oversees the entire operation at Walden with a leadership style rooted in accountability and teamwork. Whether he’s greeting guests, delivering entrees, mixing drinks, or bussing tables, Anthony is always on the front lines with his team. His passion and hands-on approach set the tone for exceptional service and genuine hospitality. When he's off the clock, you'll find him enjoying coffee on the porch, driving Texas backroads with music blasting, spending time with his family, or exploring the best restaurants in Houston.
