How to log in to the member website if you are the primary member:
1. At the login screen, type in your username and password. Your username is your membership number (12345). Your password is the first letter of your first name and your entire last name in all lowercase with no space (jsmith).
2. One you log in, you will be prompted to change your username and password to your preference. Please write this down in a safe location to remember it until you have it memorized.
How to log in to the member website if you are a spouse/significant other:
1. At the login screen, type in your username and password. Your username is your membership number and the capital letter "A" (12345A). Your password is the first letter of your first name and your entire last name with no space (jsmith).
2. One you log in, you will be prompted to change your username and password to your preference. Please write this down in a safe location to remember it until you have it memorized.
