Phase I
Phase I is Northgate's original luxury residential lot subdivision of 91 lots averaging approximately 18,000 square feet in size. 13 lots remain in Phase I, ranging in size from 13,250 sf to 31,343 sf. with prices starting at $87,450.
New home construction began in 1982 but construction was effectively halted following the collapse of Houston's petroleum based economy of 1985-89. Northgate's recovery began in 1990 and Phase 1 lot sales have slowly progressed throughout the intervening years.
