Developer's Note
With the creation of The Fountains of Northgate Forest last year, we have developed all of our golf course-oriented land parcels. Individual homesites are available in several of our communities and The Fountains is still in its initial sales phase.
Two land parcels of 16 and 12 acres fronting on FM 1960 remain undeveloped. Future development of both of these parcels will preserve our current 80 foot green belt along our entire frontage on FM 1960. All of the acreage in these final two parcels of undeveloped land is restricted to "for sale" housing. Deed Restrictions are in place, assuring that no commercial usage will be permitted and that no ingress or egress directly onto FM 1960 is to be allowed.
